"The AB 41 was, apart from appearance,
a modification and improvement on the AB 40.
The largest change was the increase in firepower.
Produced in greater numbers than it's sisters AB 40
and AB 43, this car became the most important
Armored Car in the Italian inventory.
After the Italian surrender, RSI elements used
this vehicle and when peace arrived,
police units took control of the remaining numbers.
This vehicle saw service in North Africa, Italy,
Hungary, and the USSR."
INVASION
44 @ MILITALIA 2005
On 29 May 2005, Invasion 44 was at Militalia 2005,
in Novegro (Milano) Italy. Militalia is a EXPO about
army of several historical periods (uniforms, weapons,
vehicles)...Romans, Barbarians, medieval era,
'700 -'800 era, World War 2, Vietnam
and modern times.
Militalia is a big and interesting expo where there are
various historical groups (reenactors) and
a big "market" where you can buy militaria
(original and repro) or other militar and softair stuff.
At Militalia, Invasion 44 met "Normandie '44"
and "Italia Living History", two historical groups
that collaborate with us for photos and info
about uniforms, weapons, equipments and vehicles.

I44 ITALIAN FRONT: The Road to Cassino
The "Italian ww2" mod has joined the famous
I44 team. Our project is almost equal to IW2's,
remake the most famous battles in North Africa and
Italy during ww2. We begin with Tobruk battle that
will be organized in 2 main phases. The first one has
the Italian forces in defence of Tobruk city (Italian
colony) and the Brits in assault. The Italians lost
the battle. The second phase has the Axis (Italians
with Germans) that retake the city of Tobruk.
After Tobruk, there will be something about
El Alamein battle too. Then it 's gonna come the
time to make the main battles in Italy, like Anzio,
Cassino, Nettuno,...
